Aegent provides access to AI language models through a web-based interface. The Service allows users to interact with various AI models including Claude, Llama, DeepSeek, Mistral, and others through secure cloud infrastructure.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the Service
- Automate access without our express permission
- Generate spam, malware, or phishing content
5. Data and Privacy
Your conversation data is stored in encrypted databases within our cloud infrastructure. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. 6. Payment and Credits
The Service uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. You purchase credits which are consumed based on your usage. Unused credits do not expire. Refunds are provided at our discretion. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.
7. AI Output Disclaimer
AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate material. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI output before use. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aegent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
