3. How Your Data Flows

When you send a message:

1. Your message is sent to our API server within isolated infrastructure
2. The API forwards the request to an AI model for processing
3. The AI model processes the request and returns a response
4. The response is streamed back to your browser
5. Conversation data is stored in encrypted databases within our infrastructure

4. AI Model Providers

We access AI models through secure, enterprise-grade infrastructure. Our provider agreements guarantee:

• Your inputs and outputs are not used to train AI models
• Your data is not shared with third-party model providers
• All data is processed within secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure
• Zero data retention by AI providers after processing

5. Data Security

We implement security measures including:

• HTTPS encryption for all data in transit
• AES-256 encryption at rest
• Isolated cloud infrastructure
• Secure authentication with industry-standard protocols
• WAF protection against common web exploits

6. Payment Information

We use minimal cookies for:

Conversations: Stored in encrypted databases within our infrastructure. Available to you as long as your account is active.

Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted upon account deletion request.
